We really want you to dial in you movement before the Workout, so we have dedicated all of the Prep portion to going through Snatch Drills and Technique stuff. Aim to move through the loads as fast as possible. The end loads should feel heavy for most people fresh, so the big challenge will be to perform them under some fatigue and urgency.Not sloppy and fast. Smooth and fast!

Beyond RXD

As many reps as possible in 10 minutes:
30 double unders
10 Power snatches (75/55)

NOTE: Goal is to finish 8+ rounds. This is a repeat of the open workout, start with an aggressive pace and try to hold on to it!
