At Arsenal, Strength, we’ve taken what we loved about CrossFit – the variety, the community, and the drive to push yourself – and shaped it into something even more sustainable and balanced.
We keep our training simple and effective with three core class types that are performed every week. Our weekly structure ensures you get a well-rounded fitness routine that targets building strength and improving cardiovascular health, keeping your workouts efficient and effective. All you have to do is show up, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Strength
Each week, we dedicate two days to strength training—one focused on the upper body and one on the lower body. These classes help you build muscle, improve stability, and increase overall strength using exercises like squats, deadlifts, presses, and more.
Conditioning
Our conditioning classes are designed to challenge your endurance and keep your heart healthy, with multiple sessions each week at different intensity levels:
- High Intensity to push your limits and maximize calorie burn.
- Moderate Intensity for balanced, sustained efforts that boost endurance.
- Low Intensity for active recovery, keeping you moving and energized without overloading your body.
Strength + Conditioning
We also combine both strength and conditioning in specific classes, giving you a balanced workout that challenges your muscles while improving your endurance in one session. It’s the perfect way to get the best of both worlds.
