This will be the easiest Paleo meal you ever make, I promise!
What you’ll need:
- 1 package of precooked sausage links (You can substitute this for whatever meat you want)
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 2 large carrots
- 1 red pepper
- 1/2 red onion
- 3 cloves of minced garlic
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1.5 tbsp of Italian seasoning
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- Salt & pepper to taste
How To Cook:
- Preheat oven to 375-degrees
- Chop all potatoes, veggies, and sausage. Mix in a big bowl with garlic, olive oil, and seasonings
- Grease your best baking sheet
- Drop potatoes, veggies, and sausage on the baking sheet
- Bake for 45 minutes and make sure to turn everything a couple of times
- Remove from oven and enjoy
A disclaimer: I sprinkled mine with Parmesan cheese. While it’s not Paleo it is delicious! If you are eating strict Paleo be sure to keep that one out.
