Reason #3 For Not Trying CrossFit: Time

Carving out time for your health and fitness can be tough. Kids, school, work commitments, and friends all need our attention and that leaves little time to better ourselves. With so little time set aside for ourselves it’s important that we make the most of it. Think of your average gym expereince by yourself – how much time do you really spend working out? Are you playing on your cell phone between workouts or talking to friends? Maybe instead of really challenging yourself you decide to take a nice stroll on the elliptical for 20 minutes. One of the best things about CrossFit is that we take that hour you’ve set aside for yourself and make it one of the most productive hours of your day!

How Long Are Classes?

All of our class are an hour long. We do our best to always start on time and promise to get you out the door on time.

Do You Use The Whole Hour?

Absolutely! We go through a warmup/strentch together, skill and technique workout, and then our WOD (Workout of the Day) which usually lasts between 8-20 minutes and we follow all that up with a cool down.

Can I Really Get an Effective Workout in 8-20 Minutes?

You bet you can. In fact, it’s the shorter ones that really get your heart rate up!
