Ingredients
1 ½ pounds Ground Turkey
⅔ cups dice Onion, White
¼ cups chop Cilantro, Fresh
2 teaspoons minced Garlic, Cloves
2 teaspoons seeded and diced Jalapeño
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
– Mix together all ingredients into a large bowl
– Divide mixture and form four patties
– Cook/Grill over medium heat flipping after 5-8 minutes.
