This workout is really all about how fast you can do the HSPU’s. For most top athletes the Deadlift is really light so it comes down to the HSPU’s. If you know you can do big sets and not fatigue, great, go for ir. Others might need to strategize a little better and pick a number for the HSPU’s, and even Deadlifts, and stick with those throughout the whole workout.

6 Bear complex (115/75)
25 wallball (30/20)

NOTE: Goal is to finish in under 10 minutes. The bear complex is a powerclean, front squat, push press, back squat, back push press. It is encouraged to perform these as a squat clean thruster into a back rack thruster.
