The Bike into Walking Lunges is a hard transition, especially after a few rounds. Push through as much as you can! Start out a little conservative on the Bike so you don’t ruin yourself too early. Everyone is doing pretty much the same workout, it is self-scaling. To scale the Ring Hold, go down to a Plank.
