RX PLUS and RX: Five rounds of ascending reps – always a little soul crusher. This workout shouldn’t feel too bad at the end, the reps are set low enough for Rxd so that you can make your way through at a relatively fast pace. The Handstand Walking or Hand Releases will be the limiting factor for most people.
The load is light – moderate. All sets should be able to be done unbroken.
FIT: We changed up the rep scheme so that you only have to focus on the movements. Use a weight that you are comfortable with for 10 reps. If you can’t perform a double footed jump, you can do single jumps over the barbell, or just step over.
