  • Includes nutrition workshop at the start of the challenge
  • Weekly check-in with your coach (Laura)
  • Pre and post benchmark workout
  • Pre and post measurements (body fat percentage)

  • Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place
The winner is based on:
  • Body Fat percentage lost – 50%.
  • Improvement in workout reps – 25%
  • Class Attendance – 25%

On Jan. 9th, we will do the body fat measurements and photos from 9:00 to 9:30 am. Nutrition workshop from 9:30 to 10:15 am. Workout from 10:15 to 11:00 am.
