Back by popular demand we are happy to announce our second mobility series with Nikki Orsborn!
This 60-minute class is designed to help stretch, strengthen, and stabilize your muscles over a 4-week period. Each session, we’ll focus on movements that help mobilize the HIPS, GLUTES, AND LOWER BACK. The series will leverage blocks, bands, and self-massage.
Incorporating these learned techniques on a regular basis (with take-home exercises!) will help to prevent injury and improve your athletic performance over time.
Note: Bring your own mat, if you have one; Arsenal will provide blocks, bands, and balls.
Sundays at 10am running Feb. 16, Feb. 23, Mar. 1, Mar. 8
