Far more than group fitness class, Crossfit is individual coaching in a group setting. Our workouts are different every day; intense, but altered to each participant’s experience level.

What to Expect

Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics in order to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, be it a total fitness beginner or elite competitive CrossFitter. This is the reason this program gets acclaim from military personnel, professional athletes, soccer Moms, Dads and grandparents alike.

MEET WITH A COACH

Arsenal Express

Our 30-minute HIIT class designed for those constantly on the go. These fast-paced, ever-changing circuits combine simple bodyweight, cardio, and light lifting movements to keep your body guessing and your mind from becoming bored.

What to Expect

For 30-minutes every morning, our trainers will whip you into shape as you circulate between cardio and strength training. Any given workout might consist of push-ups, squats, lunges, running, or jump roping, as the coach will spare no method in the quest for fitness.
