Crossfit is individual coaching in a group setting. Our workouts are different every day; intense, but altered to each participant’s experience level.
What to Expect
Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics in order to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, be it a total fitness beginner or elite competitive CrossFitter.
This is the reason this program gets acclaim from military personnel, professional athletes, soccer Moms, Dads and grandparents alike.
Before beginning, you will be required to complete our On-Ramp program, which will prepare you for group classes.
The first step is learning the ropes. Four one-on-one sessions with a certified trainer, plus a nutrition and goal-setting session with a nutritionist.
We will introduce you to CrossFit workouts, focusing on bodyweight movements and light weight implements.
Each session will teach new movements and end with a workout that can be adjusted to meet your fitness level.
