Heavy and a little awkward today. This is one of those workouts that I’m sure you’re not super stoked to see, but after you have done it, you will feel really great! Optimism, ha! ? While the Swings go down in reps, the Carries go up in distance.

WOD Goal

The loading for the Russian Swings should be moderate to heavy. The first two sets will need to be broken up for most people. Scale as needed.
