This is not a sprint. The 400m run should be at about 80% effort. Break up sets of dumbbell snatches into manageable sets that will allow you to get through them quickly while taking short breaks. The dumbbell snatches will the the limiting factor in this workout since they are a relatively uncommon movement in our box. It is perfectly OK to scale the weight down if the movement is new for you.
