Through Fitness On-Demand we can deliver a high-level of professional coaching regardless of your travel & work schedule, busy social life, or environment. We designed this program to ensure that individuals like yourself with time-intensive jobs can see the same benefits and results as our full-time training clients.

So what does Fitness On-Demand include?

Remote Coaching:
We work with you or your assistant to create a custom fitness & nutrition plan based on your travel itinerary. We take into consideration the facilities & equipment available to you, as well as map out the most convenient & nutritious food options in your area.

Nutrition Coaching:
Eating healthy is paramount to not only your health but seeing the results you want from your fitness routine. Your On-Demand coach will conduct all the necessary research to map out the most convenient and healthy food choices closest to your hotel accommodations wherever you are that week.

Personal Training:
When you do find yourself at home, you’ll have your personal fitness coaching waiting for you. Our On-Demand program options can include multiple personal training sessions or CrossFit classes each month to keep you accountable, track your progress, and make the most of the time you dedicate to your fitness in between travel.
