Our On-Ramp program is designed to be informational and instructional for those new to CrossFit. This program teaches the foundational movements to ensure that every member has a solid base to build more complex and challenging exercises as they progress through their fitness journey. We slow down our usual pace to guide you through the basic movements, get you familiarized with proper mechanics and technique and get your body primed to join our group classes. On-Ramp is designed to ensure your success, and it’s designed to give your personal coach an opportunity to really assess the beginning of your journey with us so that we may continue to make sure you make measurable, sustainable progress toward your goals.

We’ll also provide basic nutrition coaching to make sure you get started off on the right foot with diet and exercise. Nutrition is the foundation to the shape and performance of your body.

This course brings results. During your first six weeks your body will begin to change rapidly. We’ll encourage you to take before and after pictures to help capture your progress. Each class is led by a CrossFit certified coach who will take you through a warm-up and tailor each workout to fit your physical ability and comfort level.
