Just Get Fit is the ultimate bootcamp class, combining light weight-training and body-weight movements in fast-paced workouts designed to tone muscle, burn fat, and increase muscular endurance!

This class will challenge everyone from the newcomer to the fittest athlete! The faster you go the harder it is. Expect to work hard and sweat plenty! BUT, it’s not all about speed. Our experienced instructors teach and focus on proper technique to activate all the right muscle groups and prevent injury before and during the workout, and tailor every exercise to meet your specific needs!

Some of the movements you can expect to see include:

  • Kettlebell exercises
  • Bodyweight movements such as ring rows, air squats, and push-ups
  • Core exercises like planks and sit-ups
  • Running, jumping rope, and rowing to get your heart rate up
  • Yoga poses and mobility work to help you warm up and cool down

Classes are open to all experience levels and are designed to be adjustable so that everyone gets a challenging workout and leave feeling accomplished.
