Fill out the form to get started
Most people think starting at a new gym has to be intimidating. They picture walking into a room full of people who already know what they’re doing, complicated workouts written on a whiteboard, and coaches yelling about going harder. The truth? It doesn’t have to be like that.
At Arsenal, we believe fitness should feel approachable, challenging, and—above all—something you actually look forward to. That’s why our philosophy is simple: Show up. Get fit. Have fun.
Those six words are what everything here is built on. They remind us that the hardest part of fitness isn’t the workout—it’s just showing up. Once you’re here, we’ll help you build strength, improve your conditioning, and train in a way that fits real life. And along the way, you’ll meet people who will cheer for you, laugh with you, and make the gym one of the best hours of your day.
We’re not a place that glorifies burnout or chasing PRs at all costs. We’re a gym full of people who want to feel better, get stronger, and enjoy the process. Whether you’ve been training for years or you’re stepping into a gym for the first time in a while, Arsenal is built to meet you where you are—and help you keep showing up.
SHOW UP
The Hardest Part, Made Easier
Everyone says the hardest part is showing up—and they’re right. Between busy schedules, family, work, and the self-doubt that creeps in when you haven’t worked out in a while, it’s easy to put it off for “next week.”
That’s why we’ve built Arsenal to make showing up simple. You don’t need to be in shape first. You don’t need to know the movements. You don’t even need to feel confident walking through the door. All you have to do is get here—we’ll take it from there.
When someone new walks in, they’re greeted by name, introduced to the coach, and guided every step of the way. We start with a free intro conversation—not a sales pitch—to get to know you, learn about your background, and figure out how to make training fit your life. From there, we help you ease into classes at a pace that makes sense for you.
And once you’re in, consistency becomes easier. You’ll start recognizing faces, getting fist bumps after workouts, and realizing that no one here is judging you—they’re too busy working on their own progress.
Because that’s the secret: fitness doesn’t start with the perfect program. It starts with the courage to show up, again and again, until it becomes part of who you are.
GET FIT
The Arsenal Approach
Once you start showing up, the next step is simple: get fit. But here’s the thing—fitness doesn’t have to mean crushing yourself every day or chasing soreness just to feel like you worked hard. At Arsenal, getting fit means training with purpose.
Our program pulls together the best parts of CrossFit, HYROX, strength training, and conditioning into a weekly structure that’s fun, effective, and built for real life. We still lift heavy, hit conditioning workouts, and train hard—but in a way that’s balanced, sustainable, and helps you keep progressing year after year.
A typical week at Arsenal includes dedicated strength days focused on foundational lifts like squats, presses, and deadlifts; conditioning days that build aerobic capacity and endurance; and hybrid workouts that mix the two for a well-rounded challenge.
Everything we do is coach-led and scalable. Whether you’re just learning how to deadlift or chasing a new personal best, our coaches guide you through every movement and make sure the workout fits your ability. We use tools like SugarWOD to track progress so you can actually see your improvements over time—not just feel them.
Getting fit isn’t about going all-out every day. It’s about showing up, putting in consistent effort, and training in a way that makes you stronger, faster, and more confident both inside and outside the gym.
HAVE FUN
The Community That Makes It Stick
The secret ingredient to sticking with fitness? It’s not discipline or motivation—it’s enjoyment. If you actually like what you’re doing, you’ll keep doing it. That’s why fun is such a big part of what we do here.
At Arsenal, the workouts are challenging, but the atmosphere is light. You’ll hear people cheering each other on, swapping stories between sets, and laughing when things get tough. It’s the kind of environment where hard work and good energy go hand in hand.
We do plenty outside the workouts, too— holiday events, WOD & Wine nights, and community challenges that bring everyone together. Our members show up for each other just as much as they show up for the workouts. It’s a group of people who genuinely enjoy training side by side and celebrating each other’s progress.
That sense of fun and connection is what keeps people coming back year after year. It turns working out from something you have to do into something you get to do. Because when you enjoy the process—and the people around you—fitness stops feeling like a chore and starts feeling like the best part of your day.
WHAT IT’S REALLY ABOUT
At the end of the day, Show up. Get fit. Have fun. isn’t just a slogan on the wall — it’s who we are. It’s how we coach, how we train, and how our community operates.
We believe the best kind of fitness is the kind that fits your life. It challenges you but doesn’t consume you. It builds you up without burning you out. It connects you with people who make you better — in and out of the gym.
Whether your goal is to lift heavier, run faster, feel more confident, or just have a place that keeps you consistent, you’ll find it here. Arsenal isn’t a gym full of elite athletes — it’s a gym full of real people who care about showing up, working hard, and having a good time doing it.
So if you’ve been waiting for the “right time” to get started, this is it. The hardest part is walking through the door. Once you’re here, we’ll handle the rest.
Show up. Get fit. Have fun.
That’s Arsenal Strength.
