No Sweat Intro

First, we will give you a tour of our facility. Then we will answer any questions you may have and talk about your health and fitness goals. Whether you have been an athlete for years or are just starting out, you will leave here with some free advice on how best to achieve those goals by expert coaches who truly care about every person who walks through our door.

This assessment is absolutely free! There are no strings attached and no obligations.

What to Expect:

First, we will take you on a quick tour of the facility. Then we will sit down and answer the questions you might have about who we are and how we train at Arsenal Strength. Some common questions might be:

  • Do I have to be fit to CrossFit?
  • What kind of movements/exercises can I expect?
  • What kind of results can I expect?
  • How often should I come?
  • Do I have to stop eating donuts?

Our No Sweat Intro is designed to ensure your success, and it’s designed to give your personal coach an opportunity to really assess the beginning of your journey with us so that we may continue to make sure you make measurable, sustainable progress toward your goals.

Expect to spend about 30 mins to an hour at our gym. Most of all, No Sweat Intro is also a great way for you to see if Arsenal Strength is a good fit for you.

Prerequisites

Nothing. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or it’s the first time you have ever stepped foot in a gym this is your starting point.

Since my first day at Arsenal, my fitness has changed dramatically. The coaches do a great job of motivating me to overcome the daily physical obstacles. The workouts can be challenging, but it is great to be able to push myself to limits that I wasn't reaching while working out on my own

The days I get to Arsenal are better than the days I skip. I'm not a natural "self starter," so I can find excuses NOT to go pretty easily. The best days are the days I don't listen to the excuses. I'm going to be sore the next day no matter what (even if I skip that day's WOD), so I might as well go and keep "working on my form" until I can get some of the bigger weights on my bar!
