Now that the 2016 CrossFit Open has come to a close, it is time to start testing benchmarks. Over the course of the next month we will be hitting a lot of the classic benchmarks in order to obtain baseline data to track our fitness!
‘Grace’ is an all-out sprint, pedal to the metal from the call of “Go!” With that being said, position is power, better mechanics equal improved efficiency and delayed fatigue.
