Arsenal Kitchen: Chop n’ Drop

This will be the easiest Paleo meal you ever make, I promise!

What you’ll need:

  • 1 package of precooked sausage links (You can substitute this for whatever meat you want)
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 2 large carrots
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 3 cloves of minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1.5 tbsp of Italian seasoning
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes
  • Salt & pepper to taste

How To Cook:

  • Preheat oven to 375-degrees
  • Chop all potatoes, veggies, and sausage. Mix in a big bowl with garlic, olive oil, and seasonings
  • Grease your best baking sheet
  • Drop potatoes, veggies, and sausage on the baking sheet
  • Bake for 45 minutes and make sure to turn everything a couple of times
  • Remove from oven and enjoy

A disclaimer: I sprinkled mine with Parmesan cheese. While it’s not Paleo it is delicious! If you are eating strict Paleo be sure to keep that one out.
