We’re excited to announce our new and improved 6-week nutrition challenge beginning September 17th, 2018 at Arsenal Strength! If you have been feeling like there’s a “void” or “missing link” in your routine, there’s a good chance it’s your nutrition (or lack thereof).
Over 6 weeks we will focus on improving the habits that are holding you back from making the progress you want to see and feel. Each day you will receive a lesson and a habit check-in. The lesson will help you understand why the habit is important and how to change what you’re already doing to make it even better. The habit check-in is simply, “did you do your habit yesterday?” It’s a “yes” or a “no” and will help you to stay accountable as the challenge progresses.
The 6 week challenge will also include a private Facebook group where we will help to keep each other motivated, accountable, and ask questions when they arise. Additionally we will gather every two weeks as a group to check-in, have a Q&A and maybe even have some fun!
If you’re looking to have long-lasting change and are done with “dieting” (and “crash dieting”) this challenge is for you! .

The cost of the challenge is:
$99 for members (includes unlimited Cycle and JGF members)
$149 for non-members.
