On-Ramp

The first step is learning the ropes. Four one-on-one sessions with a certified trainer, plus a nutrition and goal-setting session with a nutritionist. We will introduce you to CrossFit workouts, focusing on bodyweight movements and light weight implements. Each session will teach new movements and end with a workout that can be adjusted to meet your fitness level.

What to Expect

Each session a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements, as well as review range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. You will get sweaty and you will have fun. Once you are competent in the movements we use daily, you may graduate to our regular classes and get the full experience!

Prerequisites

No prior CrossFit experience required, this is great for beginners wanting to learn and progress.
