ARSENAL PERFORMANCE ACADEMY
As former collegiate athletes we understand the importance of off-season and in-season strength and conditioning, which is why we developed the performance academy. Arsenal Performance Academy combines all ten elements of fitness (Strength, Agility, Power, Speed, Flexibility, Coordination, Endurance, Stamina, Balance, and Accuracy) to produce a fun, challenging, and most important VERY effective program for middle school, high school athlete, and college athletes.
All sessions are run in a small group setting to ensure that every athlete has enough one-on-one attention to take his or her performance to the next level.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 10:00-11:00 a.m.
