From the warm ups, through the workouts, to the cool down, your coach is with you every step of the way to make sure that every class is maximized to get you results. Our classes are led by the best coaches anywhere with a depth of experience that’s truly unmatched. Every workout is designed to suit everyone from the beginner to the most experienced athletes.

CrossFit

CrossFit is a training program that builds functional strength and conditioning with constantly varied workouts that are sure to provide superior results in all aspects of fitness. We combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and endurance activities like running and rowing in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results. We utilize everything from the basic (but all important) air squat to the most technical Olympic lifts and make it workable for anyone at every level. Everyone receives the individual attention they deserve as a member of Arsenal Strength — CrossFit 1812.

 

Arsenal On Ramp

Our On-Ramp program is designed to be informational and instructional for those new to CrossFit. This program teaches the foundational movements to ensure that every member has a solid base to build more complex and challenging exercises as they progress through their fitness journey. We slow down our usual pace to guide you through the basic movements, get you familiarized with proper mechanics and technique and get your body primed to join our group classes. On-Ramp is designed to ensure your success, and it’s designed to give your personal coach an opportunity to really assess the beginning of your journey with us so that we may continue to make sure you make measurable, sustainable progress toward your goals.

We’ll also provide basic nutrition coaching to make sure you get started off on the right foot with diet and exercise. Nutrition is the foundation to the shape and performance of your body.

This course brings results. During your first six weeks your body will begin to change rapidly. We’ll encourage you to take before and after pictures to help capture your progress. Each class is led by a CrossFit certified coach who will take you through a warm-up and tailor each workout to fit your physical ability and comfort level.

Just Get Fit

Just Get Fit is the ultimate bootcamp class, combining light weight-training and body-weight movements in fast-paced workouts designed to tone muscle, burn fat, and increase muscular endurance!

This class will challenge everyone from the newcomer to the fittest athlete! The faster you go the harder it is. Expect to work hard and sweat plenty! BUT, it’s not all about speed. Our experienced instructors teach and focus on proper technique to activate all the right muscle groups and prevent injury before and during the workout, and tailor every exercise to meet your specific needs!

Some of the movements you can expect to see include:

  • Kettlebell exercises
  • Bodyweight movements such as ring rows, air squats, and push-ups
  • Core exercises like planks and sit-ups
  • Running, jumping rope, and rowing to get your heart rate up
  • Yoga poses and mobility work to help you warm up and cool down

Classes are open to all experience levels and are designed to be adjustable so that everyone gets a challenging workout and leave feeling accomplished.
