WHO WE ARE

The coaching staff at Arsenal Strength is unmatched in its knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm for helping people. Their passion is a large part of what makes the training experience at Arsenal Strength the best in fitness. Our coaches are diverse in their backgrounds, motivations, and strengths. (And weaknesses!) They each have their own story and are relatable in their own way. They’ve been through all walks of life, just like our member athletes. See their stories here.

Brooks DiFiore

OWNER/COACH

Brooks is a Pittsburgh native and played lacrosse for Stevenson University in Baltimore. While home for the summer from college, Brooks was introduced to CrossFit, and he has been passionate about it ever since. As a coach, he specializes in sports performance for high school athletes.

Vincent Camps

GENERAL MANAGER/COACH

Vincent grew up about an hour south of Pittsburgh and has been in the city ever since attending grad school at Pitt.  Vincent feel in love with CrossFit while supplementing his training for the 2016 Boston Marathon.  Since then he has never looked back and has been improving to be the best coach and athlete possible.  Vincent feels that CrossFit is the closest thing to matching the grind of a wrestling season and is equally as addicting!

Vincent Camps

Amanda McVay

COACH

Amanda had always been chasing strength throughout her entire athletic career, but instead got stuck in the rut of “light weight, high reps” concept of working out for women. However, as soon as she saw the women throwing around heavy barbells during the 2012 CrossFit Games on TV, she knew she had found her new sport and immediately signed up for her first class. 

As a coach her favorite things are seeing people move well in order to improve their quality of life outside of the gym, and seeing how much confidence can grow after a few months with CrossFit. Outside of the box, Amanda’s favorite things are music, tacos, and perfecting her cold brew coffee recipe.

Megan Sicheri

JUST GET FIT COACH

Megan Sicheri is a certified Fitness Coach. She has spent 10+ years in the fitness industry helping people improve their fitness and health. She loves teaching group classes and training with clients one on one. She speaks to teen girls about body image and her passion is to help women find strength and confidence through fitness. She is dedicating to making Pittsburgh a healthier city and encouraging people to move more! She loves brussel sprouts, spandex, and red wine.

Megan Sicheri

Richard Collage

COACH

Pittsburgh native Rich Collage has been an athlete for all of his life but more recently developed his passion for Crossfit and coaching. After graduating from University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Biological Sciences and working for several years in the biochemistry industry, he decided to pursue his passion for fitness. Today he’s surrounded by what he loves and has the opportunity to coach and inspire athletes daily. When Rich is not at the box he enjoys working in real estate, cooking and playing with his two dogs, Sully and Olivia.

Jason Loaney

COACH

Jason (a.k.a “Loaney”) was introduced to CrossFit by a friend 4 years ago after suffering a knee injury in soccer and hasn’t looked back. CrossFit has shown him how beneficial functional movement is to our daily lives. After seeing how it changed his own lifestyle, he wanted to give back and began coaching. CrossFit has given him the ability to compete once again, provided undeniable results, a great community, and also the opportunity to help others.

Jason Loaney

COACH

Steve Donnelly

NUTRITION COACH

Steve is a former “fat guy” turned fitness professional. After losing over 100lbs he found a deep interest in fitness and nutrition – specifically helping others lose weight and feel great. He became a certified personal trainer but quickly realized the biggest problem his clients were having wasn’t fitness; poor nutrition was holding them back! Steve earned his nutrition certification in 2016 and now specializes in helping people improve their habits to live happier, healthier lives. 

Steve is excited to help the athletes at Arsenal Strength find even more success with the proper nutrition that will help them both in and out of the gym.
