If a Vegas hotel package won’t motivate you to change your diet for four weeks and build new habits we don’t what will! Our new nutrition coach, Steve Donnelly, is back and geared up for a brand new challenge. If you enjoyed working with him in the Fall, you’re going to love what he has planned next.
Over four weeks starting February 5th Steve will focus on improving the habits that are holding you back from making the progress you want to see and feel. Each day you will receive a lesson and a habit check-in. The lesson will help you understand why the habit is important and how to change what you’re already doing to make it even better. The habit check-in is simply, “did you do your habit yesterday?” It’s a “yes” or a “no” and will help you to stay accountable as the challenge progresses.
The 4-week challenge will also include a private Facebook group where we will help to keep each other motivated, accountable, and ask questions when they arise. Additionally, you will gather every two weeks as a group to check-in, have a Q&A and maybe even have some fun!
If you’re looking to have long-lasting change and are done with “dieting” (and “crash dieting”) this challenge is for you! After the challenge you will have the opportunity to continue with a year-long curriculum and nutrition coaching as a part of your ongoing quest for better fitness and nutrition.
